PDC Interiors began serving the Southern California area in 1949 as a paint manufacturer and was incorporated in 1952 under the name of Pacific Coatings Corporation. The corporation has endured to this day under the same family ownership, now co-managed and operated by Eric and Stacy Bryan, grandson and granddaughter of our founder, George Bryan, who had passed the reigns to his son, Scott Bryan and his daughter-in-law, Carmella, in 1974.

In 1958, after exiting the paint manufacturing business, our company established a retail division under the name of Pacific Paint Stores providing Paint, Wall Covering, and Floor Covering to builders and homeowners in the Los Angeles area. In 1976, the name was changed to Pacific Decorating Centers and the company expanded into Orange County, first in Fountain Valley that same year, and two years later in Anaheim Hills.

In 1985, in response to our growing client base in the commercial remodeling field, we established two new divisions, PDC Interiors and PDC Contracting, to specialize in serving the design, procurement, and project management needs for Corporate, Hospitality, and Healthcare facilities. That division was and is still operated out of our main design studio and warehouse facility in Anaheim Hills, now under the management of Eric Bryan, and has developed the same high reputation among our commercial clients as has been enjoyed by Pacific Decorating Centers among our residential customers.

Most recently, during 2014 and 2015, we’ve undergone a long planned makeover and expansion of our company, aimed at more efficiently serving our client base, and to keep pace with the ever changing landscape in the interior design and remodeling industry. The introduction and execution of our new business model has included our largest capital investment to date; to renovate and expand our facilities in Anaheim Hills, so as to accommodate all three of our divisions at one location, and, in doing so, we consolidated all three divisions under one trade name, “PDC Interiors”. Our second major step was to build a ground up residential design studio, also at our Anaheim Hills location, displaying all the latest in residential finishes and fixtures, as well as many tools to enhance our clients experience by providing them with ability to visualize first hand, how we will bring their dream kitchen, bath, or complete home, to reality.

On your first visit to our new studio, you’ll be able to set an appointment to have our residential division principal and senior designer, Stacy Bryan, visit your home personally. Stacy will discuss your design and remodeling needs, have you learn about our unique methods designed to avoid project pitfalls all too common in the remodeling industry, and gather the important information her staff will need to work up an initial presentation for you. Then, assuming you are attracted to our view of how remodeling projects should be managed and executed, you’ll be invited back to our studio for a complimentary consultation where Stacy and her able staff will present you a vision of how we intend to make your remodeling plans come to life. In the end, as so many of our clients will attest, we’re confident you will find the PDC Residential Design Staff, as well as our Team of Expert Contractors, the best in the Industry.

PDC Interiors is a licensed CSLB General Contractor, and an Accredited Member of the Orange County Chapter of A.S.I.D. (American Society of Interior Designers), and the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association). We have developed long standing relationships with Expert Fabricators and top of the line SubContractors to insure your project’s end result will be on time, within budget, and have the look that will “wow” your friends, neighbors, or business associates.
